Fawaz group started as a pioneer in its market when founded in Kuwait 41 years agone, on may 30th,1973,by Mr. Mubarak Abdul-Aziz Al Hasawi (the “Founder”), starting a huge business with a long success story and memoir in Kuwait, and extending its presence into the U.A.E, saudi arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Al-Iraq and yemen. Starting as an electro-mechanical acquiring business, Fawaz Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, the company aspired for more development and market presence and to be a diversified multinational business entity, thus it expanded its business into the rest of the GCC countries beginning with United Arab Emirates once Fawaz Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Co. (Mubarak Abdul Aziz Al Hasawi & Cos. LLC) was incorporated on 16 Jan 1975 in Sharjah.
