Dubai Computer Services (DCS) a part of Applied Technology Research Center offers strategic management consultancy and support services which are beneficial in improving profits and revenues by improving the systems which are used by our clients. ATRC the parent organization has been providing support in Pakistan since 1994 and DCS has been actively been providing support to clients in the UAE since 2005. The main office is located in Deira and the second office is located in International City. We offer troubleshooting and support services for computer servers. Servers IT services include but are not limited to Internet services like DNS, Mail, FTP, File sharing, Printer sharing, groupware and collaboration, ERP, CRM, and SCM. For increased security, reliability, performance and cost effectiveness, DCS specializes in being able to support a mixed environment based on multiple operating systems like Unix, windows, android and Mac-OS, which is integrated seamlessly so the customers can benefit from the synergy of both open and closed source commercial offerings. We also offer integration and trouble shooting consultancy for clients who need support for softwares and IT systems from other vendors. Our aim is to be open to collaboration with other vendors to provide integration from multiple vendors so clients can feel secure that all of their best of breed systems sourced from multiple vendors work harmoniously together to meet their organizations strategic objectives and facilitate them to reach their goals.
