ROOTS stems from the mergence of two former divisions of our parent company Tadmur Holding. Building on the strong inheritance and heritage of the Tadmur name, ROOTS was given its identity by amalgamating­ Tadmur Electrical and Industrial Controls Division (TEIC) and Industrial Contracting & Maintenance Division (ICM). The merger was a result of an perceptive restructuring exercise enforced by purported management consultants, KPMG.
