Cofely Besix Mannai Facility Management was originally founded in 2006 as a joint venture between Mannai Corporation and Transfield Services. In early 2014, Cofely Besix Facility Management LLC acquired a 49th stake within the company, to form Cofely Besix Mannai Facility Management (CBMFM) LLC. The combined strengths of these 2 companies enable us to systematically deliver first-class integrated facility management services, with all tasks completed in-house With operations across the middle East, we offer a full vary of facilities management services to single and multi-site portfolios of all sizes. At the guts of our success is an understanding that the buildings we manage ar ultimately about the people that use them. By applying that to everything we do, we are able to deliver bespoke, harmonised solutions that support our clients’ activities, drive price from their businesses and add value to their operations.
