Eastern SkyJets FZE (ESJ) is rising from the ruins brought about by its former ownership team, its old fleet and over-bloated manpower structure, and its outdated business model which failed to respond decisively to the changing market and industry conditions. The new ownership is committed to normalize the company’s financial relationship with all its creditors, including all former staff, government agencies, and commercial creditors and suppliers through implementing a debt reduction and rescheduling plan which it has consulted and reached consensus with an overwhelming majority of the creditors.
