Al Yaseah was set up in 1981 by late Mr. Mohamed Helal Farih Al Qubaisi, a famous UAE national, ex-government official, resigned from the Water and Electricity division of the Government, and an extremely dynamic individual from governrment boards of trustees in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. By 1999 the organization totally changed itself from a supply organization to an association that arrangements with Integrity and Maintenance Services, Fabrication and Mechanical Contracting, Engineering Consultancy and Aviation Services.
