Since its initiation, the Company has been included intensely in the field of building development and effectively finished more than 200 ventures – Residential/Commercial Buildings, Luxury Villas, High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Warehouses, Schools, Hotels, and so on. The Company premises situated at Rashidiya Industrial Zone possesses a territory of 200'x600' and contains the Head Office Setup, Central Stores, Fit-out and Interiors Division, Plant Engineering Division, Post Tension Division, Scaffolding/Formwork Division and the External Workmanship Division. The Company (Head Office, Central Stores, Divisions and Project Sites) are connected by an automated online Network System, using a modern ERP bundle. The Company is pleased to express that it is the principal Contracting Company in Dubai (Main Contractor) to be ensured by LRQA to ISO 9002:1994 Standard. ASCC accomplished accreditation to ISO 9001:2000 in September 2002 and in this way re-confirmation in 2005 and 2008. In this way, ASCC accomplished accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System by LRQA in December 2010 and re-confirmation in September 2011 and November 2014.
